A Plus Help Desk is an online customer support system.  Admin can search, add, edit, and delete clients, staffs, and support tickets, then reply, reopen or close the tickets. With Built in Mailing list, admin can send bulk-mails to all customers or staffs. With build in FAQ, News and To Do systems admin can add, edit, and delete FAQ, News and make note of things to be done by admin or staffs. Client can view, reopen or close their own support tickets and submit new support tickets.

Admin features:
  • Accounts: View, update, edit, and delete client accounts, staff accounts, and add new client or staff. ability to send e-mil to each account or send bulk mail to clients or staffs. In Overview can search for client or staff by records for last x days (pre set x) listed by date, name and e-mail address.
  • Tickets: View total open, closed resolved tickets in the system then reply to the open tickets, save or reopen the closed tickets and delete or reopen resolved tickets. View, tickets listed by clients or departments. In To Do view, add, edit or delete the to do list and add to do list for admin or staffs.
  • Setups: Change admin password and limit the number of records to be displayed per page. News enables admin to add, view or delete a news letters and FAQ enables admin to view, edit FAQ database and add new FAQ to the database and make selected FAQ as sticky. Spam Filter enables admin to add or remove banned client name, e-mail address, domain and IP address to be banned in the new clients account.
  • Log in: enables admin to log in with the pre set session time, when the session is expired or admin forgets to log out, it will log out automatically.  Admin can retrieve the password from forget.

Staffs features:

  • Change password: Allows clients to change their password.
  • Log in: Allows clients to login with their user name and password with the pre set session time, when the session is expired or clients forget to log out, it will log out automatically. Clients can retrieve their password from forget.
  • Profile: Allows clients to view or update their personal file
  • News and FAQ: Allows clients to view news letters and FAQ list.
  • Bilingual interface: Enables client to browse in any two languages. You need to translate language files (optimal).

Systems Requirements:
  • MySql database.
  • PHP 4.1 or higher
  • Apache web server.
  • Java script enabled browser.
  • Linux or Windows server.
